Sorry for the late email, however I would wish to send my thanks to Vincent, our chef for my husband’s birthday party this weekend. Not only did he do a great job with ‘Harry the Hog’ but he also helped serve some other side dishes which I prepared for our vegetarian/pescatarian friends. The roast was a real focal point for our guests and the cooking smell was amazing!
