Hi Christine, I said I’d email you today. So, we managed to sort out the jackfruit gliche and our coeliac guest was delighted (we just went and got some jackfruit from the local supermarket and Jon and Donna rustled up a superb meal with it!).Mike and I want to thank you for organising such a superb hog roast and BBQ menu for us. We’ve had so many messages from guests saying how wonderful it all was. They thoroughly enjoyed the food (so much of it – fantastic!), the service was impeccable and we just left Jon and Donna to it. They looked after the guests and us and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Where’s the best place for me to post a top-star rating for you? We really want to recommend your company to anyone looking to book this type of event – superb and thank you again. Also, please could you let Jon know that he must have dropped his card (think that’s a cash and carry card?) – someone handed it in to the bar staff. Not sure what he wants us to do. Perhaps it would be easier to cancel it, then get a new one? Or, I can collect it (the venue is just round the corner from me) and send it on if you’d let me have an address.

Thank you so much for a magnificent Hog Roast last Saturday. We were delighted with every aspect of the catering.
The pig was magnificent and extremely generous in size (everyone took some home and we have 14 portions of curry and a similar quantity of cold meat in the freezer!). The salads which Jonathan prepared were very tasty and attractively presented, and we were delighted with the quality of the overall presentation (gazebo, bamboo plates, wooden knives and forks). Above all, the chef Jonathan could not be faulted: he was friendly yet unobtrusive and worked hard from the moment he arrived (soon after 8 o’clock) until he left mid-afternoon to the applause of us all!
Once again, very many thanks to you and to Jonathan for helping to make our special day so memorable.

Having booked hogncracklin for our works event in 2020 I have eventually got around to leaving a review. Absolutely brilliant company who went above and beyond expectations. Darren who cam and served the hog was super friendly and professional. I am contacting them now to book our next even which should hopefully be happening in November 2021.
Apologies for the late review! We had booked HogNCracklin for my retirement party in 2019. It was an amazing day with friends and the food you provided was delicious. The hog roast in tandem with a brilliant BBQ. I am currently looking to book you guys this year once restrictions are lifted. I will be in touch shortly.
We have Provisionally booked this company again. We had them last year (Before the Pandemic) for my wife’s Birthday and now its my Birthday in May and hopefully we will be able to party. Very professional, Reasonably priced and fantastic food.

I have had the pleasure of attending a function that both Steve and Gavin catered for . The food was outstanding and even with the large numbers the evening it all seemed to go without a hitch. Sorry for the late email, however I would wish to send my thanks to Vincent, our chef for my husband’s birthday party this weekend. Not only did he do a great job with ‘Harry the Hog’ but he also helped serve some other side dishes which I prepared for our vegetarian/pescatarian friends. The roast was a real focal point for our guests and the cooking smell was amazing!
